Boom Squad – Starting at the east end approximately 7:50pm, allowing about 25-30 minutes to perform and proceed to pick up the American Legion Color Guard at the west ramp by 8:15-8:20pm. Then, escort them to the flag pole area, where you would proceed to your starting point. I willhave a place set up for your equipment trailer and your parking permit.. PLEASE LET THE PARENTS AND VISITORS THAT COME WITH YOU KNOW, THEY MUST PARK OFF SITE AND TAKE A SHUTTLE IN TO THE EVENT AREA. NO PARKING WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE BARRICADED AREA EXCEPT THOSE WITH PERMITS. THERE WILL BEA PERMIT FOR YOUR EQUIPMENT TRAILER. Parking for shuttles will be PeoplesBank, Sharon Elem. School and Newburgh Presbyterian Church. I would suggest Sharon Elem.
